In order to meet the safety standards, we have been working to make sure that the vehicles used during the tours are of high quality. We have a fleet of our own vehicles and we continuously make sure that the vehicles are in good condition. All safety requirements such as first aid box, fire extinguishers, and seat belts are available in every vehicle of ours. We annually give First Aid Training to our drivers too.  Our drivers are well trained to make sure that your journey is safe and smooth.

While staying at hotels in Sri Lanka, guests can expect a wide variety of meals ranging from traditional Sri Lankan dishes to popular international cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, and Continental. Most hotels offer buffet breakfasts and à la carte options for lunch and dinner, prepared by professional chefs with a focus on comfort and flavour. Depending upon the lunch place of the day, especially while you are on an excursion, the guide may suggest you some delicacies. The quality of meals prepared may not be of the quality especially street food, like you may find in the big cities but they will be delicious and hygienically prepared.

Our tour guides are all well trained and well-educated. They all have gained their professional license from the Government of Sri Lanka. In addition to their professional license, we train them to provide magical, unique and unforgettable experiences to guests whether it is during their sightseeing tours in historical sites or hikes through the beautiful landscapes. An English Speaking guide if required shall escort you from arrival until departure. English Speaking guides are available in Colombo only so he/she will be travelling along with you in the same vehicle throughout the journey. We do have other language guides as well available. Please let us know in case of any specific requirements.

Sri Lanka: For tourists visiting Sri Lanka, the primary method for obtaining an entry visa is through the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system. ETAs are designed for short-term visits, typically up to 30 days, for purposes like tourism, visiting friends/relatives, medical treatment (including Ayurvedic and Yoga), and participating in sports or cultural events.

There are no specific health requirements for entry into Sri Lanka. However, you should consult your doctor for up-to-date information regarding vaccinations and medications for any reasonably foreseeable illnesses whilst traveling in Sri Lanka. Be aware that some drugs, including anti-malarial, have side effects at altitude. Please discuss this carefully with your doctor.

Regarding medicines, we request you to carry medicines along with the relevant prescriptions as recommended by your physician.

Sri Lanka has a tropical climate with warm temperatures year-round, averaging 25-30°C in coastal areas. The island experiences two main monsoon seasons affecting different regions: the Southwest (Yala) monsoon from May to September, bringing rain to the west and south coasts (including Colombo and Yala), and the Northeast (Maha) monsoon from October to February, affecting the north and east. This means there’s usually a sunny side of the island to visit at any time of year. The central highlands, like Nuwara Eliya, are significantly cooler with average temperatures of 15-18°C.
